The absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with! Level of care 0! They won’t fix anything and reception or agents do nothing for urgent matters. Whether you own or rent - your in trouble. A disgrace!

Utterly, utterly shameless. There are ways to sell a home, and ways to absolutely not sell a home. Unfortunately Matt Grima and his colleagues, in my experience, are absolutely in the 'ways to not sell a home' camp. In summary: Matt knowingly sold a unit to a young couple (my partner and I) who were heavily pregnant (7 months) at the time, next door to a known Meth dealer (whose front door is 2 meters from our front door) who had recently (prior to listing) been raided by the police and a firearm found and had been in constant conflict with all owners in the building....rather than mentioning this environment to us we were advised that the neighbourhood is safe and there are no issues with neighbours - in fact were quick to point out that some of the other owners have been in the building for decades (incidentally they have also now sold up and left). Obviously I'm not without blame, as I should have done more homework and not taken their word on the other tenants in the building - however, those that know Elwood might be surprised to find a meth dealer living in the area - it's not necessarily something you expect to check. Having now spoken to many neighbours, this issue has been going on for 3 years and everyone in the street was aware of it, and the neighbours have also confirmed that the vendor had discussed this with Matt, and were worried it might mean they struggle to sell the property. I can't get my head around what type of person knowingly sells a home to a heavily pregnant couple without so much as a quiet warning that they will be living next door to a meth dealing gun toting thug...Am I wrong to think this morally corrupt and utterly indefensible? A simple "perhaps you should look into the goings on next door, before you consider buying" is all I would expect from any estate agent, a quiet word of warning so-to-speak.....not an absolute cover up. He knew that we would be having a baby, in the very near future and that the environment would certainly not be safe for us or the baby, but sold us the property anyway. Obviously, living here has been absolute hell, we still not able to let the baby to sleep in the front room due to the number of 'visitors' banging on our neighbours front door at all hours of the day and are constantly in fear of a run in with the constant flow of meth heads to our front door. This is the biggest regret of my life and has caused us no end of stress. I'm sure Matt would sell your home, to anyone, and say anything to get it done - but I think it's important that you know what sort of moral compass he lives his professional life by, before dealing with him and Marshal White. I only give one star, as it seems I have to, to leave a review.

Whilst the experience was good leading into the purchase, post purchase we needed a few things tidied up from the auction campaign. We have sent more than 7 emails and left 2 messages with no answers. Very UNPROFESSIONAL Marshall White.....
