Nightmare! Inherited these guys when we bought a local business, initial agent was ok but we have found the next one to be an absolute nightmare for us to deal with, couldn't be more unhelpful and slow 🐌 . Weeks to get a simple transfer doc processed and signed - still waiting - delays like this are no good when you're trying to run, buy or sell a business. Future purchasers, landlords and tenants of any property managed by this lot should run! Plenty of terrific agents in area. Been nothing but trouble and constant delays and inertia has cost us $'000. 🏃🏼💨

In my experience, stay away from Hocking Stuart commercial. Staff are rude and communication is slow.
