She is highly customer centric, responsive and has a depth of experience in the property market, which is evident through her knowledge and practical approach. Tina has always provided great advice and done a thorough job every time the property is in the rent market, underpinned by her integrity and respect for people.
We find Ann Curnow an excellent property agent. She provides us with timely information and practical advice in regard to property repairs and property management issues as well as how to address problems that arise from time to time. She readily responds to our requests and calls. We give her 10 out of 10. We would not like to lose her as our property manager. We wish her all the best.
Tina at Hodges is the most amazing, professional, and excellent property manager we have had. I have been using Hodges services for more than seven years and never have I had a reason to doubt them. I would recommend them to anyone. Even through Covid -19 Tina was Awesome.

Cannot speak more highly of Tina and the team at Hodges South Melbourne. As a tenant my husband and I have found Tina to be extremely responsive and reasonable with any requests we had with our rental property. Tina truly made our rental experience almost as good as living in our own home.

Firstly I never give full marks, so that's the baseline as I believe there is always room for improvement, it's one of my life rules I apply to myself. Hodges were a go from the first interaction I had with Alex where I was checking and performing an annual assessment for my property management. I expected to take up to two months to research and discuss with possible agents or stay as is. Alex made me feel comfortable responded promptly and advised on the services Hodges do and don't do with no embellishments. From Alex I was introduced to Ann who looks after me and manages all the ins and outs of the daily business of my little property portfolio. Ann makes sure everything happens and keeps me abreast of all the things I need to know and how "it's" all going. Ann runs the show for me, I how no worries. Thank you team Hodges.
