I'm a tenant that's recently moved out of a rental property managed by Ovation. Nicole was our managing agent and absolutely fantastic to deal with; easy to contact, helpful, kept me in the loop and went so far as to return my calls during her leave. Definitely a positive experience all round!

Have dealt with Rob recently as tenants looking for a new lease and his professionalism and honesty was first rate. Would thoroughly recommend Rob and the Ovation team to anyone when it comes to searching for your next Rental.

Worst real estate I've ever dealt with. Didnt even bring a pen when i was to sign the documents, big lack of communication.Very unprofessional. Changed angents 3 times in 5 months. wont be renting though them ever again

Pretty sad experience - we shook hands on a price, then agency decided to bargain again and again and again. Lost the advance money paid to the purveyors because this agency doesn't value agreements
