MICM (St. Kilda Rd Office)

Had a horrible experience with this office. To start with, it advertises being open 7 days not only on its window, but in other MiCM branches as well, and yet isn't open on a Sunday. Went to inspect 5 properties managed by the St Kilda Rd office, and all of them were an unpleasant experience. The first the agent didn't have the right keys. The second the inspection was cancelled without notice. Third and fourth the agent was really rude when we asked questions about the state of the properties (a bit old and in need of repairs). And the fifth was also cancelled without notice. When we rung up about it, they didn't even apologise. Just said the inspection had been cancelled and did we want anything else. Having just moved to Melbourne, I will be avoiding MiCM St Kilda Rd in the future and telling everyone I know to do likewise. (The person in the Southbank office we spoke to was very friendly and helpful though).
