This company is HORRIBLE... Please, if you are thinking of renting some place with them, RUN AWAY! I was living in South Yarra since April 2015, my husband and I vacated the apartament a little bit after the middle of February 2017, and since that day we haven't had any information about our bond return. Or better, we were told twice (in two different occasions) that the form had been sent to RTBA, only to find out that they were lying. Furthermore, I woke up close to the end of February only to find out that, even though we had already paid for the adjusted rent amount for the last rent, there was a direct debit in our bank account for the full rent amount! Today is 10 of March and we will apply to VCAT, because someone needs to do something. This is not fair with the tenants. Really my husband and I are physically (because we needed to go there in person, they're never available on the phone and never call you back) and mentally exhausted with this situation! Another fact is that we are losing our time trying to solve this situation, we are calling the RTBA every single day to check if the form has been received, also we are calling our bank to explain why DINGLE PARTNERS did the debit in our account without our permission, and it's very hard to keep track of who your property manager is supposed to be as they seem to change every three months or so. Please, this company must learn about RESPECT, COMMITMENT, RESPONSIBILITY and they really NEED to ORGANISE themselves better!!! Thank you very much for nothing! PLEASE: SEND MY FORM TO THE RTBA!IT IS MY RIGHT!!!!!!
