We couldn't recommend Infolio enough. We live in Sydney and wanted to purchase an investment property in Melbourne, and it would have been impossible on our own. His expertise in identifying our lifestyle needs and thorough management of a property review process, helped us to quickly evaluate the market. Despite seeking Infolio out myself to assist with the sale of our property, around halfway through the process I questioned the value that could be added to the overall result by engaging a vendor advocate. Now that we've sold the property I can confidently say I can't imagine selling without them. Aside from taking the pressure of me throughout a busy period at work by engaging the agent directly. I found immense value both in the week leading up to Auction and during the Auction itself. In the final weeks of the campaign as the vendor; your mind is filled with doubt. Both Shane and Amelia kept a clear head and showed the strength of being emotionally removed from the sale. They maintained a strong message to the agent around expectations and strategy and helped us as vendors maintain a realistic view on what we could achieve on the day. On auction day Shane was sensational in a situation where we passed in and we're forced to work with the highest bidder, still some way from reserve. Shane negotiated heavily with the agent and talked us through the process and likely outcomes of each decision. I've no doubt that without him there on the day we wouldn't have achieved our reserve price. Like wise Amelia was a pleasure to deal with from day one and made the whole process so easy. Whilst this was our first sale I can't think of a reason why you wouldn't engage either of them to help sell your property.
