Natalie McAsey has been managing my property for approximately 1 year now. During this time she has on many occasions, gone beyond the role of a property manager with her amazing service. With me living in another country it is important to have someone managing my property who is friendly, efficient and nothing is a problem….Natalie definitely lived up to this! During a Body Corp issue at my property, not only did Natalie support me with communications to the Body Corp, but she also supported my tenants. As a home owner near a Cayzer rental property with a dangerous tall palm tree dropping heavy foliage and other matter into our courtyard, from my initial contact Cayzer were extremely proactive attentive and supportive in dealing with the landlord and efficiently seeing through the necessary maintenance of the tree. I could not have asked for more helpful, obliging excellence in service! 5 star and 5 green smiley faces!

Cayzer port Melbourne has been an absolute dream to deal with both as a landlord and a tenant. Both Michelle Wergin & Karin are a delight and so responsive! Highly recommend especially when compared to other real estate agents I have dealt with.
