We used Frank Gordon to sell our apartment in Port Melbourne a couple weeks ago and achieved an excellent result. Frank was our auctioneer and Stephen was the sales manager. Both have kept us informed along the way in regarding strategies and inspection updates. They know the area very well and will recommend anyone who wants to sell their home in Port Melbourne.

I would like to thank Frank and Craig so much for the fantastic Auction result they achieved for my parents a few weeks ago. We chose Frank Gordon Real Estate because of their personal service and local knowledge. We observed their auctions before making our decision on which agency to choose. They stood out with the effort they put in to making all attendees welcome and the great ability the Auctioneer Frank Callaghan has. We live interstate and were unable to ready the property for sale. Frank and Craig organised cleaning, gardening, updating and styling of the property. They have a very able team of staff at their fingertips who quickly and efficiently had the property ready for sale. Frank, Craig and their team made the whole sale process run smoothly and stress free. We found this agency to be honest, hard working, ethical and we are thrilled with the auction result. Frank and his team exceeded all of my expectations throughout the process. He achieved one of the highest price points within the building, where most agents told me I could not achieve the price my property truly was worth. If you are looking for an agent to offer you the best value, I highly recommend Frank and his team.

Not overly a big fan of Real Estate Agents after having a rental property managed for well over 10 years. We have had the big fancy Agents to the small boutique one and most have fallen way short to deliver on what they have promised. We have now gone to our local Real Estate and so far Stephen Yue from Frank Gordon has delivered ever time and has gone that extra mile for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending Stephen and these guys to look after your property interest

Thanks to Frank and Stephen's efforts we got a great price for our Port Melbourne property. Frank knows the area backwards and is great at matching buyers with the right property.
