I have bought two properties with assistance of Karen from APB. I have been extremely pleased with the depth of research she did. Karen significantly reduced the stress which is involved when you take a decision as big as buying a property. She has an indepth understanding of the market and the appropriate skills to deal with the vendors agents. APB have manged all my investment properties and I have found them to be very trustworthy. Australian Property Buyers are perfect for overseas buyers ..we'd been looking for ages on the web and through a "normal" agent but Karen found something and had it purchased inside a month. Mike and the rest of the property management team are really helpful and responsive to both our tenants and our needs. What else do you need to know?

My son James was working overseas and wished to purchase an investment property in Melbourne. As James was working overseas he had little knowledge if the current market. he had pre-conceived, idealistic ideas and was unaware of the drastic changes in the volatile property market since his departure from Melbourne. His location made the situation difficult and gave him limited opportunity to expand and be aware of the day to day situation. Ms. Mackay managed to guide him through the advantages and disadvantages of different areas of the market and the important issues in relation to his reasons for purchasing an investment property. Location, rental potential and capital growth were gradually introduced and taught as important factors rather than emotions. Ms. Mackay was of great benefit to James being successful in purchasing a property. Karin was most diligent in keeping me informed with detailed email descriptions, photographs etc of property within James' guidelines. I also appreciated her punctuality in returning phone calls and when arrangements were made to me. I would highly recommend APB to purchase properties in the future.
