Biggin & Scott Port Melbourne

If you like being treated with disrespect, slow service, over promised and under delivered do business with Biggin and Scott. Nothing they do is professional. I will never do business with this company again.

David Lack and Will Jonas proved (again) to be wonderful, hard working agents when we sold our property in Beacon Cove in 2014 having already helped us sell another property previously in the area and purchase an investment property which they also manage for us. We chose them as our agents due to their honest approach and enormous knowledge of the Port Melbourne market. We had the utmost confidence in their abilities and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking a sales agent or a property manager.

David Lack was very thorough in his approach. He explained in great detail the process throughout every step of the auction campaign. He offered sound advice on how we could improve the presentation of the property, all communication was clear and prompt and he was truly enthusiastic about our property. The result was more than we expected and a testament to David being the market leader in Beacon Cove and Port Melbourne.

The agency owners (David & Emma) have a great passion for the Port Melbourne area where they live & work. They enjoy & relish the lifestyle that this wonderful part of the city offers & heartily & regularly promote it to others. They are well established there too with plenty of local contacts and connections. We are looking move to Port Melbourne in the future & would go straight to them first, knowing they would have great advice and insight on the property market in the area.
