Urban Nest have managed my property for 6 years and I cannot speak highly enough of Sonya and her team. In that time I've had 2 tenants, both whom were screened well; they always paid their rent on time and maintained the property to a high standard. Sonya was quick to action any issues/concerns of the tenants and she arranged any repairs quickly with cost effective repairers. Always professional, thanks Sonya.

This company shined from our first meeting with ongoing support and advice for over 3 years now. They fully deliver on what they promise and I feel very looked after under the lead of Sonya Dyson. Highly recommend UrbanNest Property. I have been renting through them for 5 years and they have always been friendly and helpful. Whenever I have had any issue the team have been great - last week I had a plumbing issue and they were very kind to get someone out right away with the very limited window of time I had before going away....much appreciated. Always seem friendly and flexible (especially with periodic inspection times as I have a little doggy). Definitely a much nicer feel and relationship with them than other agents I have rented through in the past.

An 'agency' that seems to be run on auto pilot. Impossible to get replies to emails, phones go through to voicemail.
Customer service ZILCH.
I know in this day and age agents don't have to do much to flip their listings but poor customer service should never be tolerated.
Finally, to the owner, someone called Sonya, don't expect people are going to be interested in inspecting your properties if all they're dealing with is a robot.  [wanted to give ZERO for this biz]

As a tenant I feel underwhelmed by their service. It feels like this place is run by one person. Pretty hard to get a hold of anyone and the speed to response is poor.
