Moving to a new city (new country in fact) is an extremely chaotic and stressful endeavour. Fraught with instability, and unknowns but after one meeting with our Little Real Estate agent we quickly found out that our fears and scepticism were completely unfounded. Being sufficiently clueless about moving to a new country and city we needed to quickly find a residence to hit the ground running with work schedules.  Our Little Real Estate agents completely understood the situation not only accommodated our schedules but anticipated our needs and where we’d be at any given day due to travel to make showings available to us. We were won over pretty quickly after first meeting with our agent.  Beyond all of the reasons listed above and unsolicited recommendations from others when we moved here it was refreshing to see someone working so hard on our behalf. Mostly though, we got the overwhelming sense that our agent was working to get us something we’d be happy with for the best possible price. Not just a checklist of what was needed but the added nuance of the neighbourhood understanding and where to go and what to do in the area. Our Little Real Estate agent was communicative and responsive to all our many questions and more importantly patient with us about the insides of working of the city and commute times. We saved a lot of aggravation and metal anguish and quickly built trust with Little Real Estate.
In short we’re quite pleased with our experience with everyone at Little Real Estate and can recommend the team at Little Real Estate highly.

My agent is the best!  Incredibly responsive and timely with any maintenance requests or any problems.  The team in the office is also friendly and approachable. I have been a tenant for 3 years and have been happy with all the property management and assistance. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a rental like I was. My property manager was very nice and always easy to reach and their office just a few steps from the appartment.

We found Michael Young and the team to be first class from day 1. 
Michael works tirelessly to look after the properties that he manages. 
His professionalism, diligence and hard work is a true testament of his success. 
Michael is also a strong communicator and very responsive to emails and phone calls (absolutely critical for property managers). 

We would strongly recommend Michael to family and friends without hesitation.

No hesitation recommending Little Real Estate to anyone.  I have been dealing with Property Manager Josh for almost 4 years.  Josh is a superstar as he always responds immediately and any matter is happily dealt with in a professional & efficient way. Big thumbs up!
