Fantastic agency to deal with. I live in Melbourne and own an investment property in Labrador. Over the past 8 years, I have also had numerous investment properties in Victoria. Capri have been managing the Labrador property for over 6 years and I could not recommend them highly enough. They have been efficient, prompt, thoughtful and incredibly thorough. In their management of my property. I have always found them very easy to communicate with and they seem to treat my property as if it is their own. Recently they notified me of an issue with the A/C in the main bedroom. They sent through an informative email answering all the questions that I hadn’t asked, but that I wanted answers to !! Seriously, it doesn’t get any better. I read all the information in the email about various options for the A/C what was under warranty, what needed to be fixed, replaced, costs.... and I replied back immediately. I want my tenant to be comfortable and to know that any concerns they have will be addressed quickly. That is what happened.
