We are vacating the apartment soon and I am NOT HAPPY with the way the Property Manager Helen is dealing this with my family. She asked me to send her a letter of notice and she said because I am short of 28 day notice so they need to charge me for additional days. That would be fine if that is the law (many times she been telling me about LAW). But what really annoyed was that we just paid 7 days ago for the duration of one month stay and she and another agent Anabelle were now organizing an open inspection which I really disagree. But she told me again about the LAW and that they have the right to do that. All my family is asking is a little more PRIVACY and wait until all our stuff is out and the property are cleared before some people go inside the property to inspect. Is that too much to ask? We are good payers. We are good tenants. We never miss any payment. We are just so concern about my children’s privacy and we are not comfortable of people going inside the property to inspect and all our things (clothes, appliances, etc) are still inside and intact. I do not want to deal with these real estate company again esp with this Property Manager Helen. We are okay with the apartment not until we ask them that we are looking for another place. And talking to me about LAW! As if we are not good citizen of this country. I am not happy with Hockingsturt. Please check your people and the way they handle transactions with the tenants. They are more concern of their landlord. Whereas we pay money to their landlords.

Great experience being tenants of a property being sold by Lauchlan and Carla. Wonderful Communication, always turned everything off and locked up perfectly. Very easy to work with and very respectful of those living in the properties. The owners were also very pleased and the property was sold quickly and well. Highly recommended for both sales and rentals. Great team.

A similar experience to the one Helena described. A self serving real estate agency that left us as vendors regretting the entire transaction.

Having recently sold my apartment with Lauchlan Waterfield, I was extremely happy with not only the professionalism and service we received but also the price we achieved before auction. Being my first sale of a property, Lauchlan was there to guide me through the process and provide his knowledge and expertise of the area and strategy to market my apartment. Couldn't recommend a better agent than Lauchlan!
