I just wanted to take a moment and express my gratitude and appreciation of my amazing Property Manager Alex Drakulic. 

I have been renting on Barkly Street for what is to be a year next month and I couldn't be happier with the customer service that is provided from Alex's end. 

Prompt replies to my emails, and prompt action taken towards all my needs whilst renting the unit. Because of that, I had no hesitation in asking Alex for the possibility of renewing my lease for another 12 Months. Now is the time for me to sing praises for Alex. We have been blessed and haven’t had any major problems with the property however when I’ve had to get in contact with her she’s been an absolute goddess. 

I’m so thankful to have a decent human being to deal with when it comes to our rental. 

If we ever decide to move on, I’ll be taking her with me.

If what it takes to be successful in real estate is a fake smile and rehearsed friendliness then Jasmine Aquila fails miserably. If it takes a genuine desire to solve people's problems in a speedy manner, a warm smile, a blush and an unmistakably genuine giggle then she goes to the top of the class. I have rented apartments since 1978 and never enjoyed a routine inspection as much as when Jasmine comes to call. Her attention to detail and a real interest in the tenants welfare is rare. If she were not our agent she would be welcomed as a good friend. How many people in this business can you say that about? She must be a real asset to Hockingstuart and is a blessing to us. She changes the game and my negative attitude toward real estate agents. Thank you Jasmine. You're the greatest.

Have dealt with Alex Drakulic for around the last five years while renting in Elwood. Always friendly, easy to get along with and most importantly when there is problems gets them sorted quickly. Could not recommend more highly!
