After wonderful service given by Leon Mancini in selling my parents home, my husband and I engaged Eric Mancini to sell our home in Point Cook.  We couldn't be happier with the service  that both Eric and Leon gave us.  Their advice and extensive knowledge of the market was instrumental in helping with a very quick and outstanding sale of both properties. All dealings we had with the staff at Mancini was also amazing, any questions were dealt with quickly and nothing was too difficult. Alan and I would like to thank both Leon and Eric for not just excellent service but for making the whole process so easy and even fun, which we certainly didn't not expect.  We would highly recommend Mancini Real Estate to anyone looking for an easy, quick and successful sale.

Great experience and service whether buying or selling.

Leon Mancini and his team have given us both a positive first selling experience and second buying experience, with regular communication and guidance every step of the way.

Leon firstly helped us achieve a strong result for our previous property that met our expectations and secured the sale to a genuine buyer within three weeks. 
He then immediately proceeded in helping us identify and secure our new property, which exceeded our expectations in terms of location, lifestyle opportunities and future potential.

Leon maintained his service as promised throughout the process including meeting with us at his office or calling us in the evening hours when suited us best.
We found him very easy to communicate with, he listened to our needs and has provided us with insight and knowledge that will continue to assist us for years to come.

Leon continues to go above and beyond several months after the initial selling/buying process in providing ongoing guidance and recommendations as we explore and plan the renovation potential for our new property. Having this resource in our corner during this process continues to be invaluable and has given us the confidence to pursue transforming our ideally located property into our dream home as well.

Best real estate in Melbourne! I cannot recommend Leon and his team highly enough. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience from first point of contact, to clarifying our queries, multiple inspections and successful negotiation and welcoming us to our new suburb. The team have fantastic real estate knowledge. Leon always provided the highest standard of service, showed sincerity, honesty and willingness to go the extra mile - very rare traits to find in a real estate agent these days! The team were so efficient every time we interacted with them. It was a pleasure to deal with Leon and the team and would highly recommend to anyone.

We recently purchased and sold a home through Mancini Real Estate. Our experience was fantastic. We did not know much about selling a home but thanks to Leon's experience and patience, we cruised along the whole process. Having Kapil as part of the team was just wonderful.
