Before we listed our house with ACE Real Estate, we had several agents come through to appraise our property. Most of the agents who came through seemed to have little regard to our preferences and were determined for us to auction our property even though one of the first things we said was that we wanted to sell through a private sale. Michael listened to us about our preferences, he determined a strategy that was right for us, and was confident of achieving the price we wanted. Michael took control of all the matters we didn’t need to worry about and stepped us through the important considerations. He had all the answers to our questions and his feedback made us feel as though we were the utmost priority. Most importantly Michael achieved a price that far out stripped our expectations even after the commission component was paid. With other agents advertising sales in this area of outstanding results for similar properties that were more than $60,000 less than what Michael achieved. He was definitely worth every cent. We would gladly recommend Michael to anyone looking to sell their home.

Very efficient and reliable. Our home has been on rent via Ace for over 5 years and have had no issues. Replacement of outgoing tenants, 6 monthly checks, repairs.maintenance have all been seamless. Highly recommended.
