An absolutely awesome team who are really passionate with the manner they conduct their business and communication with tenants. Unlike my previous experiences with other firms, I have always had prompt responses from Tayla there and we feel comfortable and secure knowing that we, and the Landlords investment are looked after. Horrible customer service. I have applied for a property and they told me it takes 4 DAYS to processes. I am an agent in Sydney and I know the whole process time. I tried to talk to property manager 3 times and no one call me back. It's been a week and still I don't know about my application outcome. I don't recommend renting through them or give them property to manage.

We had our investment properties leased out with them for over three years now, I find them to be very professional and trustworthy.

Is it possible to have less than 1 star? This real estate is ridiculous. My family and I are renting a house off of my uncle and he for some reason decided it would be a great choice to put our house through these unprofessional, ignorant and untrustworthy people. We are constantly harassed over the phone for rent that we have most defiantly paid in full already, which we have proof of on our bank statement. They have yet to provide us with written proof of such accusations. And we just recently received one of these 'pleasant'' phone calls accusing us of owing money, we then proceeded to call back and call them out on this, to which we got a response of "oh my eyes have been hurting let me check that again and call you back." Ridiculous. Not to mention the staff are EXTREMELY rude and impolite, they don't even mention who they are when they call, just ask for the person they're after. And they seemingly don't even try to fix things around our rental property. DO NOT TRUST!

Wish there was an option to remove few stars rather than have one...the WORST rental agency you would ever deal with..BEWARE tenants...absolutely rude and do not even acknowledge your email/phone calls. TERRIBLE customer service or should I say they do not understand this....stay away from investors choice
