I would highly recommend Kevin Sun, who is from Sanctuary lakes real estate. Kevin took care of our property sale from the very beginning to the point that it's sold with satisfying price in a very short time. Communication wise, he is very clear and detailed, and always response in time. Kevin is an honest and respectful person and always kept us informed, he spent extra time and cost to make the property more presentable. We are happy about the result and we trust Kevin in the process, and he did an amazing job delivering what he promised.

After having a terribly bad experience with Hocking Stuart, Fadi and Ricky from Sanctuary Lakes Real Estate were a breath of fresh air. Fadi and Ricky's knowledge of the area is exceptional and they are definitely the area specialist in SL, I was kept updated on market feedback and kept well informed during the sale process. I received outstanding service, I can not recommend SLRE enough, our home was SOLD within three weeks and I received a very professional service.

There are a number of professional services available in the Sanctuary Lakes Shopping Centre. A Chemist, Dentist, plus medical centre and two accounting practices provide professional services needed both by local people and businesses. The non-professional services are an Australia Post Shop, plus 3 computer service & accessories shops, but no large bank has stayed at the Centre. Bendigo Bank has tried a facility here for a few years, but profitability, with the predominance of online banking these days, would be limited. Aussie Home Loans maintains a shop in the Centre. The poorest, least professional & ethically questionable service is provided by this real estate agent, also based in the centre. Better to go elsewhere for property management services in particular, whether a prospective tenant or landlord. There are too many stories of dissatisfied, under serviced properties and unhappy tenants in the area and you only need to speak to people around the area and who know and watch comings and goings in Sanctuary Lakes Resort closely (like the security guys) to realise this 'service' could easily be bettered. Although we had rented in Williamstown for over ten years and only left when the landlord wanted to rebuild the home for himself to retire to, we were told by one of their senior staff we were 'unreliable, risky tenants', simply because we had rented direct from the landlord for all that time, even though it was at a higher rent than we would have been paying anywhere in this area. We then deliberately looked for places in the area through other agents and ended up finding a superior place to what SLRE had on their books, and at a better rent, through an absolutely fabulous agent right outside the area - Melbourne Real Estate, and were signed up and in the place within a week of finding it. A friend of ours who was unfortunate enough to have to rent a home though them, had nothing but problems, with many issues with the house, that had been vacant for many months due to SLE's poor service and over pricing, taking many weeks and many phone calls to fix. My only recommendation, is to steer clear of them, for renting or sales.

Great professional and caring team. The sanctuary lakes real estate team are all professional and courteous from the receptionist right to the Director. I have been fortunate to have experienced the amazing services of this realestate team members and all the property managers I have known here have been nothing short of professional and reliable exceeding my expectations. In my books they are the number 1 realestate team in Point Cook and Sanctuary Lakes area with unmatched quality services. Keep up the fantastic work!
