I never thought of nor plan to sell my investment in Point Cook, Melbourne in near 2 years until i received a phone call from Jazz, MICM. I have to admit that past two years i had received 2-3 calls from 2 different people offering to help me selling my property. 
What makes this time different was i was impressed by the way i was presented the reasons i should put it in the market at the time and what's the projection & plans to achieve the best for me.  
And they deliver.
Along the process, i received updates regularly and i definitely can see the agent efforts and extra efforts in bringing out the best of my property and following up all the potential buyers. My questions and concerns were addressed and answered promptly, i received all the assistance needed. I'm truly thankful that i made the decision to appoint Jazz and his team. This experience has definitely helps gain more confidence and trust with the company.

Don't rent with them unless you plan on losing all your bond at the end of the lease. They try to suck as much money out of you as they can. We took very good care of the rental property and cooperated whenever they needed during the selling of the property and they couldn't care less. Customer service would be a 0 star if possible.

Viewed multiple rentals of MICM PC this weekend.  My reason for viewing was to determine their standards. WOW! The standard of properties on their books is disgraceful. Nothing but trashed dirty properties. I would be concerned as a home owner to have this careless mob look after my rentals. Additionally every property I attended the property managers were rude, careless and made it very obvious they did not want to be on the job.

Stay away from this company.
Went through this company for 3 years and when i vacated i had a new property manager which is probably the 6th for the year who was the rudest person and she knew nothing about the property and maintenance prior to me vacating and then telling me to return my keys a week early while still in the property and paying rent. I feel that none of them know the rules and know what they are talking about its absloutely disgusting. I had to request maintenance weekly and was told i would receive a call back and i never recieved a call back. Yous are real estate agents and always are on your phones but cant call back your tenants? Trying to keep my bond but for every inspection i was told the house was in perfect condition. The house was left in perfect condition. They will take all the money they bloody can out of you. Oh another thing is they show up to your property without notice for inspections and just expect to be let in and claiming they got there addresses dates and times wrong. Watch out for your privacy!
Stay the hell away!!!!

I was a prospective tenant and applied through MICM Point Cook to  rent one of their managed properties.  I was very impressed with their processes, systems and efficient contact with me along the way. I am also an investor and to see such service was very impressive!
