Hubby and I cannot recommend Tiffany our property manager highly enough. She is always prompt at answering all our questions and queries whether they are by phone or email. She is a lovely, honest and polite person who is so easy to talk to and always listens to what you have to say in an understanding and compassionate manner. We value her advice and expertise and she is exceptional at what she does. Tiffany is by far the best property manager we have ever had and we would not trust our property with anyone else. We can't t thank you enough Tiffany for all that you have done in managing our property . The highest star rating on Google is 5 but if there was a 10+ star rating we would give it to you without hesitation. Many thanks again.
Very professional and prompt with communication. Tiffany has been fantastic as a property manager. Polite, honest, and is always very quick to respond to all enquiries. I have dealt with many agencies in the past, but none have ever been as efficient, prompt and reliable as Point Cook Real Estate.
I have to share this as there is not enough positive feedback in the world.. I have been in the rental system for 4 yrs now and living in an area what is considered undesirable, to even frowned upon. I my case, whilst the area may have components of such, I had the good fortune to live in a reasonable safe area with great views. What made my experience better and safer, was having a great repore with my agency Point Cook- Tiffany and my landlord. By working, and keeping the communications open, we all benefited. But most of all they provided me with a great experience in the rental arena, by being incredibly understanding and willing to provided what was needed to make my life comfortable.. Thank you so much to the Point Cook rental team and my landlord for looking after me all these years.
I am writing this review in appreciation to the service I have received from Wyndham Residential Team. I have got an investment property in Melbourne and Wyndham Residential are managing this for me. Right from day 1 there service has outstanding and the support they have offered to me as I live interstate I don't have words to express. Rob Sinni and his team are setting an industry standard for all competitors in the market by miles. One person who has gone over and above her role is Danielle Hislop, who is my property manager and both me and my wife have been overwhelmed by the assistance she has offered from the day I got connected to her and to the handover day. She is an extremely intelligent and knowledgeable person in Rob's team who has made numerous trips to our investment property all through out the time and have worked with the builders and site supervisor's to make sure everything is finished with perfection. I have already communicated to Rob, that "Danielle will be my real estate person for life" for any further properties I build in Melbourne. Her work ethics are amazing and she treated my property as her own investment. I wish all real estate person turn out to like her. I have no doubt that she is well respected by her peers and clients. I will have no hesitation in recommending her name to all my contacts moving forward in Melbourne. I am sure she will soon be able to secure a good tenant for our property and I look forward to keep working with herself and Wyndham Residential Team in time to come. Thanks Sachin & Mansi

Rosaria has been our Property Manager, we have enjoyed working with her and her absolute professionalism and fast responses if ever we asked a question or needed anything fixed in the house, that has been greatly appreciated. We value people and companies that work with honesty, integrity and professionalism and Rosaria and PCRE is one of these companies, we look forward to using them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking in the property market.

The rental department is very unprofessional. Was advised that I would be contacted back when the agent showing the property bought the wrong keys. Called the office to see when the next open was, the receptionist Cindy, was sooooooo rude!!! Basically had to hang up on her, for just trying to ask a simple question. Never had sush a bad experience with somewhere I was trying to offer my money too, would not bother every viewing one of there properties again.
Im glad to say that Maree Lester is a great agent . She is so cooperative throughout the whole process of my purchasing . I would highly recommend Maree and Wyndham Residential Real Estate . She is professional and friendly. Thank you again Maree for all your hard work .
