Selling a hard earned property is a hard decision to make. Having Lyn Castillo of Raine & Horne real estate  as the 3rd agent to appraise my property was the best. I sensed her full capabilities as she gave me the best advice to reach the potential value. Lyn is with me not just to get the business dealings and her commissions . She has this uncanny ability to know the clients wants before she get right through it. As we worked together and constant follow up while doing my cosmetic touch renovation, she is there to show me exactly what to improve and focus on a selling point (x-factor). Unexpectedly,  with her selling skills, points and buyers connection, my house was SOLD IN A MATTER OF ONE WEEK!!!..to the value that I reserved. I was so amazed with her faith, dedication, adaptability and positive attitude. Lyn will be the best agent to sell any of your properties by putting your trust in her selling skills. I have no doubts you will be exceptionally please to have her as agent wether selling or buying. My experienced of having her has reached far exceeded to my expectations.
