There are two owners of the dealership I think. One is fairly good at customer service the other makes it all about him with a temper to boot! Had him just walk out of a negotiation when he didn’t like what was offered! Unless you really like their property listed, look elsewhere as the experience will be far better.

Very disappointed with this real estate and the staff working there. Three weeks ago my wife and I started to look for a house to lease, we were looking for some suburb quiet and enjoyable so we choose Point Cook, Melbourne, Vic. I gotta say that this real state manage most of the house leasing in this area so definitely where ever we went we found this real estate, we made 11 inspections in one day rushing in between every inspection and we decided to apply for 3 houses as a result and unfortunately all of them with Barry Plant, the manager of all of them Christopher. We apply straight next Monday morning and on Tuesday we got the call from Christopher agent of Barry Plant confirming the process of application and asking if we were able to go the next day assuming that it was to do the paper work and he said "call you later" so everything seemed going smooth, by the end of the week we didn't receive any answer from them so we decide to call and ask what was going on, they said that the owner was overseas so it was to take some time so we sent an email asking  to proceed with the application of the second preference house as we had just few days before the new tenants move in to our old house, again we never receive any confirmation from them, one week later we never heard a confirmation or email back so I decide to call them again but I never found Christopher in the office and he never pick his phone so we call the second agent in charge and finally he put Christopher on the phone  and he said the house we apply first was leased which we never were noticed even after formally apply for the house then I ask for second time to apply for our second preference and He respond "right now" which means he never readied our email he never attend our messages we left with the receptionist and to be honest we just decided to give up and look for more houses with different real estate. This real estate just made me waste time and almost made me sleep in one of my friends living room just because they are reckless. Definitely I don't recommend this real estate. they still have a lot to learn about customer service and support.

We have bought and sold 3 property’s in the last 3 years with Barry Plant. Our last property settled 3 weeks ago, great price, exceptional service - keep up the great work Ray 👍😊

Bought my house from them in 2006, had them managed it as rental property in 2008, had them sell it in 2016, and in 2017 they're still providing me with great assistance. Hats off to Simon and his team. Highly recommended!!!

A+++++++ to the team at Barry Plant Point cook. Definitely recommend to anyone requiring to sell, or rent out a property. Big thumbs up to Ray from Sales, and Kim from Rentals!!
