Agent Cindy Dalton, not only she is unprofessional but she is rude and offensive with her emails. she forced us to go ahead with the maintenance on a Saturday at 8:30am. When requested to change the time as I have two toddlers in the house, she sent a notice of entry. Just because we have raised a few maintenance issues she is asking me to leave the property. They never called us or returned calls.

A big thank you to Dee for handling the sale of my property in Newport. Even though I had already moved away to another city, she kept me up-to-date after each house opening. A special call out for helping us get ready for the photo shoot while we were in the midst of our move. Also many thanks to Adrian for a pleasantly surprising auction result.

Cassandra Hutchings is amazing. I was thinking about renting my 2 bedroom unit out and organised three agents to come to my property and give me an appraisal. Cassandra was the only one who came out with current market appraisals in the area, very upfront with fees, a demonstration on how the landlord portal works and two potential tenants. Cassandra was enthusiastic, determined, very personable and highly professional. So within ten days of meeting Cassandra for the first time, I have secured a two bedroom house rental for myself and Cassandra has secured a two year lease for my property. As a sole parent I am very conservative with financial decisions but I have full confidence in Cassandra's professionalism and look forward to our landlord/tenant relationship going forward.
