Sweeney Estate Agents first opened their doors in Altona, 1986. Since then the network has flourished, with 15 offices fully servicing all real estate needs across the North West of Victoria.

I have found Amanda to be very professional and great at communication, she is also very honest. She is the best property managers that I have found, I would recommend her to my friends to handle there investments. Keep up the amazing work Amanda

Is really bad agency, no serious...
I do the application for lease and I call many time and I stell get same answer " the manager call u back tomorrow" this is happen for 3 weeks never call me I stell wait... I never go back there.

Most terrible services i have ever experienced...their idea is to squeeze tenants...without any investigation

Such a shame ..you helped me really ? Can you justufy these :

March 2017 even before moving in to the property, my employer complains about the rude behaviour of property manger when they recieved the call for verification of my employment.

June 2017 maintenence issues started arising in the property but when i complain, property manager never responds on time and highly unprofessional and rude behaviour continues during routine inspection, finally i complaint about property manager and i have been handed over the notice to vacate the property  within 24 hours as a retaliation for exercising my legal rights, that too with the wrong clause.

I complain about the wrong clause mentioned in the notice to vacate the property and again get the notice to vacate the property with revised clause.

I vacate the property on 18th Dec and Sweeny comes with new issues every second day just to harress me and hold my bond.

Court takes decison on the basis of facts which i dint had last time for higher bills due to owners appliance issue but today i recieved it from utility and sent to your property manager if its doesnt settles will see you in court again.

I have been mentally harrased by your staff for 6 months.
