Great service ....older cars, some of which aren't the prettiest but they are reliable and get the job done. Great for running around the coast. Close to the airport too which helps. Good Km's per day allowance too.

Great to deal with. Most was done via sms and email, but easy and friendly all the same. Great value car rental. Picked us up from the airport and dropped us back at the end of our trip. Bond back in account same day car returned. Will def use next time I’m in the area.
The place was tricky to find as there is no signage. We rented a bomb thats exactly what we got. I wasnt expecting anything great but the car we got was a mess had massive hail stone rust spots in it, the cd player didn't work and the radio would only pick up 2 radio stations on the gold coast only. Although in saying that I would use them again the staff were very helpful.

If you are renting somewhere else, you are paying too much. A really reliable little car. Not fancy, but a pleasure to drive. Straight forward company to deal with also. No after hours calls, but will respond to text
Not a good experience for us unfortunately, to be fair to the business some of the cars looked ok, Ours wasn't roadworthy, the brakes were on the dangerous side shuddered the smell of the car wasn't great and it looked like an absolute bucket and was embarrasing and i'm not precious i suggest paying more or catch an uber instead.
Updated review 2022 Used these guys a number of times now. Our 2022 experience: prices higher $112/day for a camry wagon 400 000 km, a mismatch from their website adv. from $45/day, they forgot to suply car seats rectified when called, car started with half a tank of fuel instead of full I returned it with extra fuel. Front shockers were worn out, so handling was poor. Communication poorer. Car was still clean and engine was reliable. old review Great prices. Great cars. Great service. Highly recommended. The car was very clean and suited us well with a family commodore station wagon. After hours pick up and drop off available. Communication via SMS by James was excellent. Car had some dings on it, some rust, staples and pins holding the roof liner, but it ran flawlessly. Well maintained and quite clean for an old car. Will use again.
Excellent value car rental, hood lining held up with staples and drawing pins, the odd ding and scrape but who cares? We got a V6 Commodore that ran and drove flawlessly. I will definitely be using these guys again and have no hesitation in recommending the company.
