To start off, we were very worried first trip outside Sydney with rental cars, then eventually booked a Redspot economy car. So far we have just spent 30ish dollars on top of the base rate as we didn’t want to have hassles for the damages or anything else, then picking up and dropping off the car was so convenient.. no picky inspection or anything.. 
Nice and clean car mechanically working just like new.

Easy pick up and drop off location. Friendly and helpful staff. We didn't get the insurance waiver added and I think the standard "$4k regardless of fault" is expensive, so I'd hate to be in an accident with their vehicles. Otherwise clean, cheap and convenient.

Awesome service A++ - gave us a brand new 2015 KIA Sportage, yet we were all under 25 y/o - had done 33,000m on the clock and was the nicest to drive! Easily fitted all 5 adults + luggage in it. Refunded our Tomtom GPS without question too - was faulty and screen kept jumping/changing around while driving (almost proved more of a hazard than anything). Will be using your service again!

I rented a car on the Gold Coast, brought it back full of Petrol, they still charged me for 3 litres top up, at $5.28 per litre. The fuel indicator on the car is faulty and does not reach the full mark. I told the guy at collection, disgusted.
Also charged 32 dollars per day for collision waiver, never asked for it to be added as an extra. 
Common standard in Australia to get ripped off....watch out.

I can't fault my experience, quick fast friendly service, nice little car and made our weekend enjoyable having reliable transport. Second time we've used their service and defiantly will be a third.
