Found Surfers Rent a Car online and contacted the company immediately. Fast and efficient response from the team (Daniel). Reach Gold Coast airport and was greeted by kind staff (Heath). Headed over to the office and did a short paperwork, which was amazingly fast.

After that, we took our car is ready to go off! The quality of the car is amazing as well. Nice and clean, properly maintained.

I recommend this to all and I will definitely rent from them again if I were to visit Gold Coast again.

Speed, service, value...no other car rental could beat it. The only concern was the GPS unit rented, which constantly dropped off from the windscreen and was not very sensitive in key stroke which was quite annoying during the journey... Apart from this, everything else were swift and smooth especially Heath who was so helpful, lifted all our luggages (7 of them!) and arranged them nicely in the Car boot. As our first contact point when we touched down Gold Coast, Heath has given us a very good impression on the hospitality of Gold Coast, Australia.👍

Cannot fault the service or vehicles at Surfers rent a car. Daniel and Dale were fantastic to deal with, prices were much lower than competitors and vehicles were of a much higher standard, immaculately clean and current models. They included airport pick up AND drop off, and a booster seat free of charge. I will always use this company, great value and service! No hesitation recommending them to anyone.

It has been a very pleasant hiring experience for us from the very beginning. Daniel and Dale were very kind and helpful. Also along the journey when we had any questions they were just one phone call away to help out everything in detail. 
This may have been mentioned by all the other reviewers but we have to say it again. The customer service was trully excellent and exceeded our expectations. 
Thanks folks, will see you next time when traveling to Gold Coast.
