I have picked up the car from Gold coast airport and dropped it back. The staffs were nice . To be honest  I was initially a bit reluctant to hire car from here seeing some bad reviews but I received very good and prompt service. Also the price i paid for renting the car for 6 days with insurance was almost half compared to its competitors.I will use them again if I visit Gold coast

WORST SERVICE BY FAR!! 

Long story short.. car was old, smelt & had faulty breaks. Took them over 24hrs to get me a new car which was the same as the other and the breaks were bad on that aswell! Waiting over a week, many of phone calls & arguments with the rude ladies over the phone to get my reinforcement back! Pay the extra to get a good and in working order car from other place, this place is shut I will not be using them again and I will let everyone know! 😡

Low price, no drama car rental.
My experience was fine, must say i was a little concerned with all the poor reviews on here.
Hired KIA Sportage over November '17.
Even copped a speeding fine, no admin charges.

My booking was flawless. Speedy check in and great service. Car was brand new. Best price.

Transfers from and to airport were super quick . Had no issues. My family and I loved the car. 

Hope the reviews go up because I had no issues and will come back for my next Gold coast holiday.

Renting was smooth. But charged me$100 just to redirect a traffic fine!!? Apparently, it's in the fine print. Beware.
