We visited Gold Coast late in May. We had a seamless pick up from the airport . Amber was absolutely fabulous, seeing our need for a bigger car and sorting us out! The Outlander was just what we needed. Modern, Clean, and efficient . Frank was incredible too, entertaining the kids and adults whilst we waited. Could not recommend Apex enough

Excellent experience. Very easy to drop off, very friendly service, the nice staff member in the office even booked a taxi for us online. Very helpful. Will definitely choose them again. We picked up in Sydney and staff there were great too.

Apex car rentals on the Gold Coast was absolutely amazing! Could not fault them at all! They were so kind with our 2 year old offering the colouring and making her a balloon animal while we did paper work, they fitted the car seat and made our first holiday run so smoothly! They were so kind and welcoming! 10/10 would recommend if you need to hire a car! Their prices were also amazing value! Thank you apex!

We’ve used this car rental company twice now - once in Cairns and again on our recent Gold Coast trip - and they've been fantastic both times. Great value for money, with clean vehicles and friendly, helpful staff. The free shuttle to and from the airport is a big plus. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again!

Loved using apex! They were so quick and straight to the point and were so cheap, the best prices I found on the Gold Coast! Also no hidden costs as promised.nCustomer service was absolutely fantastic from the shuttle drivers to the reception, they were all friendly and helpful. Will definitely be using apex next visit!
