Pathetic service and systems in place. Company doesn't keep accurate records of damage to their vehicles. Check your car very carefully before driving off and take video evidence. Be warned this branch is very dodgy....they will blame you first, charge your credit card thousands of dollars and are difficult to communicate with when resolving issues regarding their own mismanagement.

Beware if travelling through tolls (all states it seems) as Hertz have removed transponders from their vehicles and try to sell you a daily pass for $13 a day in Qld (varies in other states) as i was only using the toll a couple of times during my 5 day hire this wasn't an option so then it was  up to me to organise a pass through the local toll company if you dont want be hit with a $36 admin fee+ toll costs this exercise ended up being a pain in the butt! 
Good luck if you're a foreigner trying to figure it out ! 
I had rented a car with Thrifty in Sydney and tolls are carged straight back to card..the way it should..easy !
Sorry..but you lost me Hertz.

Paid in full and than told me I wasn’t able to have it because I wasn’t 21 and I gave them my license first thing straight up... still waiting on my current refund, very angry

I was lucky enough to be served by the lovely Marcello last October. It's so refreshing to receive wonderful customer service by someone who loves their job, and goes out of their way to ensure you have a great trip! Will definitely be a returning customer.

Only Vans available when we arrived but the Guy at The desk was Extremely helpfull!
