I would give zero stars if I could. I bought an x-rental off these ppl that was supposedly roadworthy. The roadworthy was done 9000kms ago and was totally invalid and when I asked if they could fix it they wouldn't. Never doing business with these guys again

Great experience with A Better Value Car hire. Great value V competitors. Eric got us out of a jam over Easter as all other rental companies were charging extortionate rates. Car was not new but we knew that and had photos before renting. Great car in the end with no problems! Airport pickup and drop off an added bonus!

If you want to hire a car for your Gold Coast hire this is the only place you need to call.  Eric is an honest down-to-earth owner who just wants his customers to enjoy their holiday.  Great prices, good old fashioned customer service. The way it ought to be. Would use again next time we visit.

We were looking to hire a car for 3 days while we were having a family holiday on the Gold Coast. Unfortunately my partner left it to the day of to hire us a car, only to find out that all the major car hire companies had sold a lot of there cars during Covid and the few that had any cars left, were sold out. We were very worried we were going to be left with no car when Baker came to the rescue. We explained our situation to which Baker organised us very last minute a family car perfect for our trip. Baker could have charged us any ridiculous amount he wanted to knowing we were desperate for a car, but he didn’t. He gave us a fantastic deal, provided an honest service and even picked us up and dropped us off from the airport. 10/10 recommend this small family business. Will definitely be back when in need for future holidays.

Great service, Eric was a top guy to deal with. Everything was so easy and car was very cheap. All we needed was a little run around car and got just what we needed. Highly recommend.

I would recommend Better Value Car Hire to  anyone. If you need a car for a holiday here on the GC Better Value Car Hire is the place to go. If you need a car while yours is being fixed Better Value Car Hire is the place to go. We needed a car for 6 of us and in such short notice. Erin was accommodating and helped us out big time. The van was clean ran excellently, fit all our big bums in it and we never had a problem. Customer Service was awesome. No hassles no problems.

My wife and I hired a car from Eric, his service was fantastic, he made us feel like valued customers. We had a great holiday and when we head back to the GC we will definitely be contacting Eric to hire another car from BETTER VALUE CAR HIRE. Way to go!!!!
