Staff were great and well mannered but I couldn’t get in contact with them for five days to extend my car hire. I had been given a special discount to extend my hire but when I dropped off the car they told me their phone had been stolen and corporate hadn’t redirected their calls. They wouldn’t honour my discount and told me it was my fault I hadn’t done more to contact them. The same number is still on google search now. No idea how they lease any cars...
Good value cars with friendly staff. We have hiring from the Ace arm of Hertz for years with no problems. Give them a try!
The worst customer service experience that I have ever had. Extremely unprofessional and even less helpful. Their phone number does not work so you can leave them a message and just hope for them to get back to you.
Worst service ever. Do not recommend this store st all. Rude staff. Call other car hire companies or visit other stores before contacting this one!
We picked up a truck to move house on Saturday and all the staff were very helpful, particularly Tracy, thanks so much guys, had so much fun driving the truck!
Very poor communication, no problem solving whatsoever, sorry that my insurance cooperated with them, otherwise I would have walked away and not hire their car.
