Absolutely disgusted by the standard of our rental car!! It was extremely smelly and infested with bugs! I felt itchy after sitting in the car from the airport to hotel. Our kids were so freaked out by the bug infestation we managed to squash 6 that we spent our holiday using public transport as it was a much cleaner option! Never renting a car through enterprise again, very disappointing!
Rented a car at Coolangatta airport, no issues and great service from start to finish. All staff helpful and professional. Plus they did not charge me extra although the wonderful Jet star cancelled my flight to Melbourne. Well done for not being greedy like most businesses post COVID !
Our family had an excellent experience with the Enterprise team @ Gold Coast Airport OOL. Staff were friendly and efficient and a most pleasing surprise was the offer of a free upgrade in car to a Skoda compact SUV. The car was very well presented and almost new, with under 3,000km on the odometer. No issues with the car over the week of our rental and the return back at the airport was a simple process lasting < 1min. Thanks Enterprise.
amazing service, flight landed earlier than anticipated and Lisa was very accommodating to let us take car earlier than booked instead of waiting another 2 hours , bonus was we were also upgraded to a bigger car ,yay , car was very smooth to drive and aircon is a must! great boot space too! will definitely use Enterprise Rent - A - Car again!!
Fantastic to deal. Met by very pleasant staff at gold coast airport and were offered a free upgrade of our car. Car was spotless throughout and a pleasure to drive. Will definitely be using again. Thank you
The worst customer experience we have received in quite some time. Our flight was delayed so the airport team member called us to inform us that they would be closed and that we needed to either a checkin online which I had already done 11 days prior in receipt of an email requesting me to do so or b collect the vehicle the following day !!. I said I had already provided all details via online and had paid as my credit card had already been charged. None of the online details could “be seen at their end” and I was effectively told that I was lying because “that email” doesn’t get sent until 24 hrs prior to collection … I completed on 6 Jan and have email to prove its receipt plus the payment was taken at the same time hireable was from 17th. THEN with 49 mins prior to flight departure we were asked to send all credit card details incl CVV number so that an additional $300 bond could be held on credit card - first time EVER this was mentioned and we had paid for full insurance cover. VERY STRESSFUL situation and unhelpful, over talking, in/ -listening supervisor. As it turned out we arrived prior to advertised closing hours and there was no one who was able to assist - they’d all gone home!!!!
I have had an amazing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Amazing that it was $0 excess. Easy to access the car and easy drop off. The yaris i rented barely needed petrol. save $ by hiring a car from this place. Uber/taxi will cost a lot more. 100% would recommend
Hired a "mystery" vehicle for collection at Gold Coast airport.. easy collection , easy return , no hassles with this transaction. Only issue was the "mystery" vehicle was a Kia Carnival , seating for 8 ... there were only 2 of us ! But not an issue to complain about !
Rented a Toyota Camry hybrid from Gold Coast Airport, great service really easy, and a really clean good car. Perfect for my holiday with the family, Definitely use them again.
Absolutely loved our car, we had the Mitsubishi outlander and it was a very smooth drive and good on fuel. Lovely people to deal with on pick up and collection. Would highly recommend we would definitely use this company in the future
