It is the second time I have used Alpha for a long-term rental and on both occasions I was pleased with the vehicles and service received. In fact it was better than some of the more well known companies I have used insofar as pre and post inspection and recording any damage. More importantly the rental price was very competitive compared tot he larger companies for a similar standard of vehicle. It is a pity that they don't have a one-way drop off service which would be useful to overseas holiday makers like myself.

Great friendly service. Mini bus waiting for us when we got off plane at Gold Coast. Quick to do paperwork. Efficient checking of vehicle. Car super and clean and new. Definitely will use again. Booked via Jetstar.

I have been using Alpha for car hire for several years now when visiting the Gold or Sunshine coasts as I do regularly from New Zealand. The team at Alpha are always helpful and on the ball, pickups are quick and pleasurable and the car hired always fits the bill. I fully recommend anyone to try Alpha, they will take care of you and it's very cost effective too.

I love this company and use them most times I come to the Gold Coast. The rates are great and the staff friendly. The biggest advice I can give people is do your research. No they aren't on site at the airport but I've never had to wait more than five minutes for a bus which takes you to the depot 7 minutes away. All hire car companies have high excess which can be reduced by external resources...you don't have to use the rental insurance. All up 5 stars.

I’ve used alpha both from the Gold Coast and Brisbane, great service and pricing. Cars are always clean and running smooth. Highly recommended.
