Waited in queue for 1 and a half hour's while staff literally took their time. No sense of urgency at all. They looked totally pissed off. Couldnt help but feel as if we, the customer, were an inconvenience. When you finally reached the counter, the process was lengthy. With smaller car companies the paperwork is ready and you are out the door in 5 - 10 minutes. Their lack of professionalism and 'non chalante' attitude was extremely poor. Had to wait a further half an hour for the car to be ready. Their excuse for such bad service?.......it's Friday! Management needs to wake up.....your staff, your systems are costing you customers. We will not use again.

Literally would give 0 stars if I could. Never use this branch - was hit with extra charges because I returned the car 20 minutes before anticipated and was not told. Requested a credit card authorisation form 4 times and was never sent despite numerous calls. Was charged $500 bond and the additional charges were taken on top of the bond and taken out of my account without warning. Every single employee I dealt with was incredibly rude and dismissive. Would NEVER recommend Europcar. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Worst car rental in the business, also take photo of EVERYTHING.  These guys just scam artist.  They’ll scam you just about anything. There was no damage whatsoever on the car, I even have photos. They still scam me $1200 in damage charges for fake repairs. Report have file to ACCC and complain to the head office. Just stay away from this one. Beware! Hope  people will read this review before thinking about Europcar.

seems like they spending nearly 20mins to each customers, we were the 4th in the que then i have lined up for 1 hour to get my car rented, which is rediculous when you came for holiday. staffs are very not organized, even i feel sorry for people who lined up with me at that time.  Do not recommed at all.

Never again dealing with any aussie car rental company, they all disgusting. Return the car in perfect condition and these bastards still semt me a letter about car damage, they seem pretty professional at this. I wonder how many foreigners got to deal with this disgusting behaviour. Btw 500$ for 3 days rental, wake up guys, take uber !!!
This is a disgusting way to let this kinda company still running and tricks people like this.
