My experience was highly disappointing. I found myself stranded at the airport for three long hours with my 4-month-old baby, waiting in vain for the promised shuttle service that never arrived. My attempts to contact them were met with silence, forcing me to spend around $200 on taxis and Uber rides just to reach their closed office.nnTo make matters worse, they redirected me to another company, Hertz, and asked me to return to the airport to pick up the car. This situation caused stress and additional expenses. What's more, I've recently noticed unauthorized payments from my bank account, despite having already paid the full amount upfront, including comprehensive coverage. To add to the frustration, they offered neither a refund for the transportation expenses nor an apology. This entire experience has been quite negative.

Excellent - despite other reviews, we received a polite and extremely efficient service, having only booked 30 minutes before picking up the car. We received a very nice Mazda CX-3 which was immaculately kept. Incredible value for money.

I had seen the negative reviews but still decided to give them a chance. The professionalism in playing victim is beyond insane. I rented a Mazda cx-30 from this place and returned it 5 days later, after dropping the car off the guy working at front desk came to quickly inspect the car and claimed that we had damaged the fender on the left side door. He took me into the office and showed pictures of the car from god knows when and made me believe that I had done that. Luckily my fiance had recorded the whole 360 of the car showing that the damage was pre existing. Do not rent from these guys save your money they will try and blame you for existing damage.

I had a great experience with Ace Rentals. The drop off of my car here, which I rented from Melbourne was really great. The young lady on the Sunday Morning I forgot her name was really quick at the uptake and the hand-over of car was smooth. She also took the time to explain regarding my remaining rental days as I had returned the car early and informed that any additional funds deducted will be reverted; and it did come back quickly.nSo it was a great rental experience all in all. Will love to book again with Ace Rentals any day.

Excellent service, modern clean vehicles. I was upgraded to a larger SUV at no extra charge. Shuttle bus runs every half hour to and from the airport. Highly recommend Ace.nHassle free experience
