My experience was highly disappointing. I found myself stranded at the airport for three long hours with my 4-month-old baby, waiting in vain for the promised shuttle service that never arrived. My attempts to contact them were met with silence, forcing me to spend around $200 on taxis and Uber rides just to reach their closed office.nnTo make matters worse, they redirected me to another company, Hertz, and asked me to return to the airport to pick up the car. This situation caused stress and additional expenses. What's more, I've recently noticed unauthorized payments from my bank account, despite having already paid the full amount upfront, including comprehensive coverage. To add to the frustration, they offered neither a refund for the transportation expenses nor an apology. This entire experience has been quite negative.

Renting from these people is an awful experience. I recently had a ten day rental. En route to my destination I passed through a toll which I attempted to pay within the 3 day period. Linkt would not accept payment because it was a hire car. I then attempted to open an account to pay the toll, which was declined because it was a hire car. I then contacted Ace, who declined to accept payment and told me not to worry and they would make the payment on my behalf and it would cost me a $40 administration fee. So I made 3 legitimate attempts to pay the toll which was $4.73 within the contract period and could not do it, thereby handing Hertz/Ace $40 for nothing. I lodged a complaint to Hertz, who agreed in writing to forego the admin. fee as a goodwill gesture. On the 9th September $44.73 was deducted from my bank account, so they lied. Also, the $200 bond paid at the time of hire has nor yet been credited back to my account despite 26 days having elapsed since the completion of the hire contact. Is this legal? I would never recommend these people to anyone, ever.

Great pick-up experience with the young lady that checked me in and organised the vehicle for me.nnThe car was excellently clean and a newer Nissan X-Trail which was comfortable and easy to drive.nnI cant comment on the shuttle bus, as I decided it was easier for me to book an Uber to collect the car I am very impatient. It was only a 15 minute Uber trip which only cost me $24 and I arrived ahead of the shuttle bus and was looked after within 30 seconds.nnThank you

Arrived to the airport and called Ace to know what we’re the instructions on getting our car. They said they were going to send one of there guys to pick us up. One long hour wasted of my time down the drain. I’m not a big fan to waste time and this was definitely a bummer that we wasted a whole hour of our time to wait for a 7 min ride to Ace rental. We called after 30 minutes passed and they said that he is on his way. Then right when we were about to call a cab to take us there instead the van guy finally shows up an hour later. Wasn’t apologetic at first and didn’t care to help with our bags to put into the van. He tried to have a conversation with us like nothing ever happened as if we were not bothered about the whole situation. He said something about one of the guys went home and there had to be some confusion. Idk but by the looks of previous reviews, it seems like this is an occurring issue. I try to be fair with this review because once we got there the lady at the desk was apologetic and got us a nice car for the 5 days we rented it for. I honestly feel like they should focus more on the timing with the van schedule when there customers arrive. Money is recoverable but time isn’t and I’m sure no body in this world would want to waste the time they have. Be mindful of people’s time and fix the issue with this van pick up. Then you’ll probably get better reviews.

Good value for money.nOlder vehicle but mechanically it was fine and very fuel efficient.  Drop off at depot was not straightforward with the extensive roadworks in the area and a few detours. Google got me there on time. Staff pleasant
