Can’t rate them. We’ve rented a lot of cars and never had a cleaning charge EVER! Extra $130 cleaning charge! Be warned! They will throw the terms and conditions at you and blame you for not reading the small print! Apparently we were lucky for not being charged extra for external cleaning of bird poo! Wow!

Car was fine & price was ok but after him telling us we didn't need to clean the car just all rubbish out, he texted us and took $77 out of my account for cleaning services sent photos claiming there was stains on the carpet( you couldn't see anything ) & finger marks on the car door they will get whatever extra they can from you take photos before you take it or don't rent from them at all !!

They're only willing to provide service for Gold Coast metro areas. I called because my car broke down and I live in a spot without public transport. I explained this and told them where I was and they promptly said they don't go that far. I live in Lower Beechmont, which is 15 mins outside of Nerang which is central Coast. It would take them longer to drive from where they are in Robina to Surfers Paradise, which is the tourist hub and where they must do a lot of drop offs, than to drive to where I am. No empathy was given, no suggestions of where else I could try. Just a no. When I reiterated how close I was, they guy on the phone said exactly, "No that's okay, we only service the central coast accomodation and airports."

We recently rented a car on the Gold Coast. Great service and good prices. We definitely recommand this company!
