On Holiday on the Gold Coast and last minute decided we’d hire a car (we were already on the GC) called Family Car Rentals at 9:30am to see if they had any cars available that day for a week and said they had a couple, and that we could have it that morning-which was perfect for us! They came to our hotel to pick us up (at Mermaid Beach) at 10am, took us to their depot and could not have been easier or lovelier to deal with!! We were back at our hotel with the car at 10:20am!! They made it hassle free and a great price too. The car was an older model but was absolutely perfect for our needs and I actually preferred driving it around rather than a new car (as it was more like my car at home!) Car was beautifully clean and well maintained and was brilliant to drive for the 7 days we had it for. Great location at Burleigh And very easy to get to to drop the car back! Would absolutely recommend 100% and will definitely use again!! Thank you so so much!!

I recently Hired a Toyota Tarago to fit in with a joint Holiday with Friends. I had never used GCFCR previously, even though I found the company for a another friend and he used them. This was my first opportunity to try GCFCR. Everything was great, service with a smile. Prices are the best you will get anywhere.. not to mention the insurance reduction. Will happily be a return customer whenever that may be and will pass on recommendations to any one I know that is going to the Gold Coast and looking for a car to hire.

Great service. Friendly and accommodating. Rick gave us fun and fascinating facts regarding the Gold coast area. Prices are excellent and we will definitely be using the Gold Coast Family Car Rentals again.
