Had the pleasure of hiring a car for my son and my daughter. We got a fairly decent discount for two cars which were new, clean and reliable. I was wary at first, having read the misleading reviews by Messrs. Kerr and kerr and soon found out that it was pure vendetta against this company. When I asked them about what had occurred as there are two stories to every side and their explanation explained the reasons for the comments by those two brothers. But anyway, my children had a great time and yes! the Company did ask me to write the truth about the service they received and All Age were true to their word and service in every way. I have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and other family members which I have done. Thank you All Age and keep up the good work as there is no other company which has the insurance or the service for the young ones under 21.

The Staff were just great, service was awesome and the car was new, reliable and clean. But what puts them above the rest is the One Stop Service where we could hire a nice car for ourselves and our 19 year old and her friends could also hire a new car for them to go out as they please and without tying us up. Absolutely no discrimination in age as long as you are 18 years and over. Exceptional. Their service was friendly, accommodating and always with a smile. The price was almost half of what the major companies charge. All in all, 5 stars and I will definitely come back! Having read the four reviews from the same family, I was hesitant to go with these guys. However, I am glad we did as they are nothing like what the two brothers have written. We did ask them what the story was and they told us that they had refused a last minute request to leave the car in another city whereupon they were not please. Seeing the people of different nationalities being served, and their attitude, racism would be the last thing to occur at this place. It is a matter of sour grapes and ways to try and get back at the business as is clear from them writing four reviews in a matter of days to bring the Company down. I will use them again and recommend them to our friends, especially those with grown up children. I am for real and if these two brothers want to contact me, they are more than welcome to write to me and check who I am. They might not appreciate my response.

The so-called review written by tehsipeng10 speaks of a "cash deposit" and which is something this company does not do unless the Hirer has arrived at the Airport and is in dire difficulties and has no prospect of a Deposit and is the case of last resort and where we advise them to deposit money into their cards and return so that we may place the bond on their card for various reasons. Company policy is not to do cash deposits at all in order that we have a paper trail. Besides, this Company has never taken a cash deposit over $ 3,000 in its entire history since it started. So this automatically tells us that he or she is talking about some other company as we are not aware of this person nor can we find any details on them in our database. We have heard of an unrelated company that tells its customers about such a large cash deposit but it certainly is not us. Their second point is that the car was old and worn and we do not have any old and worn car in our fleet as can be noticed by all other reviews of other Hirers who write reviews. Our cars are all under three years of age to three weeks of age. The very first two points appear to relate to someone else and not us as what they state is neither our policy nor our vehicles.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU HIRE!! If you treasure your time and money/savings, please bring your business elsewhere. In order to save a couple hundreds $$, we decided to rent from this company for a week. First - they asked for exorbitant cash deposit (refundable - SEE no.3) for the car (upwards of $3000) before we even got into the car (this should have been a warning light to anyone!!) - the reason they gave was "You have opted out of our liability reduction cost". Second - the car you hire is old and worn. We got a car that have really strong smoke smell. Yuck! If you have sand in the car (come on... its Gold coast) - they might charge you extra cleaning fee (as per their warning sign in the hire car) Third - Trying to get back your deposit quickly so you can put towards your next holiday? No ... this company has kept our money for 2 months and if it wasn't for us applying for a credit card chargeback, it would have gone on for another months. They state in the contract that deposit will be refunded within 28 BUSINESS days. After calling 2-3 times/week chasing for refunds, this company will give any excuse - i.e. lose the contract, not in office, the reception girls have gone home, your bank bounced back the refund etc. If you hire from this company, be ready to lodge a complain to consumer affairs + your bank for chargeback and waste precious time and money along with stresses! Overall a bad experience. traumatic in fact. I cannot understand how a company can continue to operate with such lack of integrity and honesty. Good thing that Gold Coast Airport management has decided to have no more of these cowboys operating there (soon only allowing the reputable companies to operate in the airport). Go with AVIS/HERTZ/EUROPCAR/THRIFTY. The money saved with this company is not worth the stress and effort.

I was there at the Car Hire Company when the Cur Brothers came in to return their car and were rude as anything to the Staff present there who were serving me at the time. At no stage was the staff either rude or racial towards the brothers who misbehaved at the counter. It turned out that the Cur Brothers were angry as they wanted to leave their hire car in another city and wanted the car rental company to collect the car from there without either having made any arrangements or paying any relocation fees and which the Staff told them could not be done. In fact, one of the Cur Brothers boasted about studying law in Brisbane made extremely racial statements towards Australia and service in Australia claiming they were Kiwis living here and such refusal would not be accepted in New Zealand. I must say that if I was the staff, I would have turfed them out. However, they were lucky that the Staff Members checked in the vehicle and let them leave without saying anything. As an onlooker, and reading their claims, I must say that it is incredible how people can make all sorts of wild claims as most companies are unable to right the wrongs that they suffer at the hands of such people. I will continue to use this Company and recommend them to my friends. On the return of my vehicle, the Staff were quite upset when I asked them how it went and as a result of seeing honest hardworking people being treated in this manner, I thought I would right the wrong. The language in the Cur Brothers reviews should confirm what I saw that day as to who was being racial and abusive. I did ask the Staff Member about what Consumer Affairs had said and I was shown the file and there was no mention or anything from Consumer Affairs at all. Based on what I witnessed, and the behaviour of the harrassed Staff, I would not believe a word of the Cur Brothers at all. In fact, I would refuse them service if I ever saw them at my place of business.
