Even though it’s an extra 15 minutes to drive here compared to others, this is my cinema preference. For the ticket prices, cinema sizes, and the comfort of the chairs, Event can’t compete. You can get a reclining leather chair in Titan, for the same price as a standard Event ticket. And have always loved the Gold Class here for our favourite movie events, great seats and good food
Absolutely the best cinema on the entire Gold Coast. We always do the Gold Lounge, love the food, it's always amazing - we only wish the wifi would work better, but that seems to be all of Harbour Town so not a fault of the cinema at all. Staff have also been absolutely wonderful in switching our tickets when last minute emergencies pop up! And we love the Reading Boost rewards program! Well done guys !!
We went & saw Shelter in the Titan Lounge & it has the worst seats I've ever sat on, so uncomfortable! My sister & I both had sore necks after the movie!! Seats were soft but nowhere to rest your head comfortably. Not good for seniors as seats were so far apart going up the aisle that I almost fell as there was nothing to hang onto. We normally sit up the back row but only made it to 2nd row. We were a bit late & couldn't see a thing as it was so dark. Scary experience for first time there,
Holidaying up here on the Gold Coast over Easter so we enjoyed 2 movies at this cinema on both good Friday and Sunday. Great staff with good customer service skills.nCinemas were nice.nGot to see a movie in gold class for the normal ticket price which was very very nice and a highlight to our holidays.nIf we were locals we would choose this as our cinema of choice.nPrices were so reasonable. $15 adults, students $14 and kids $13. Couples popcorn and 2 drinks were only $21 each. Add a choc top for only $4.50.nA great place to enjoy a movie and family time.
Disappointed, did not have the best service today. We took the kids to a movie as an end to holidays and cos it was so hot today. The lady whom served as was older ?60s. She was just inpatient and rude, kept getting our order wrong when it was very simple 4 drinks and 2 popcorn. That wasn't the problem her attitude was, getting irritable, than on asking my husband to pick seats she kept telling him to hurry up, the screen wasn't working properly and reading his finger, he told her this and didn't change the demeanor. Just unecessarily rude and frankly p1ssed me off. We usually come here instead of event cos we like it and the service is normally great. Today it definitely was not.
