Staff were friendly enough, tickets are very affordable. You pay for what you get. Seats are old and worn, with not much leg room. Im 5'11 and my knees were against the seat in front of me if I slouched a little. My chair actually creaked when I fidget so I moved over a seat for my own and everyone else's sake. Whole cinema is in need of a makeover, it feels very outdated and worn out, but again, cheap tickets...
Candy Bar staff uninterested, no one greeting you / checking tickets upon entry, poor signage to bathroom's, bad smell in corridor approaching bathrooms, 2 out of 5 cubicles working, 1 out of 3 soap dispenses with soap. Thankfully Titan Cinema was well maintained. Tables could do with a wipe in between movies tho - sticky eik! 2 stars seems generous!
The people working here are absolutely the most kind, helpful, and understanding people you could meet! My mum and I went to watch a movie where some people wouldn't stop talking even after being asked to and when I asked the staff if there was anything else I could do, they were the absolute sweetest and gave a lot of amazing, above and beyond, options for my mum and I! Not only did they help us with our problem, but made our movie experience 100x more enjoyable xx
The older lady at the front was extremely rude and didn’t even greet me and my friends. she said “what do you want” as we approached the counter. No smile, no energy, just blunt and rude. Her coworker came over to take over so she could go on break, i assume, but she declined. If you don’t wanna give good service then take the break

The facilities are spotlessly clean, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful—they really go above and beyond to make your experience enjoyable.nnBut let's talk about the price—it's unbelievably affordable! During school holidays, you can catch a movie here for just $10 per person. Yes, you read that right! It's an amazing deal that you won't find elsewhere.nnKudos to Reading Cinema for providing such a well-maintained venue and for offering such fantastic prices. Whether you're a local or just passing through, I highly recommend checking out this gem of a cinema. You won't be disappointed!
