I cannot thank the manager of Event Cinemas Robina enough for her incredible customer service! I accidentally booked tickets for the wrong date, but she went above and beyond to quickly help us rebook, even though it was entirely my mistake. Her kindness and efficiency turned a stressful situation into a seamless experience.nnThe entire staff at Robina are so helpful, the cinema was spotless, and the atmosphere was perfect for families. My daughters had the best first movie visit, and it’s all thanks to the amazing team at Event Cinemas Robina. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a fantastic cinema experience. I had an absolutely amazing experience at Event Cinemas Robina! The past few weeks, I visited the cinema multiple times, both to watch movies and to purchase gift cards for Christmas gifts. On my first visit, I was greeted in Gold Class by a young lady with black hair, Fiona I believe her name was, and she completely turned my day around. Her charisma, and kind-hearted demeanor was unforgettable.She also took the time to answer all my different questions about Cinebuzz, and the best recommendations for food and drink deals that are actually worth spending money on. She made spending a little extra on tickets and treats feel totally worth it! Even more impressive, when I returned the next week to grab a gift card and a coffee to go, She remembered me and the kids! That level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail made us feel so special as customers.nnI can’t recommend this cinema enough. If you’re looking for a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to be.
Our first time on a Sat evening session trying the recliners. Awesome.nIt was a family film and very well appreciated to have other families around us as well.nWe adored both the ability to bring in drinks and cocktails from the bar & the amount of other kids in the session.nA fab Sat night!!nWill be back, thank you
The staff are so friendly and understanding. We visited the movies today, and unfortunately, my daughter became unwell. Michelle helped me look after her, she gave her water, a cold cloth, and tickets to return again. She was an absolute angel.
