 5 star reviewnnMy family and I wanted to go to the cinemas to watch Kangaroo and we were a little late due to traffic but we still go there in time to make the movie.nnThe only reason I believe we made the start of the movie was because of Kaitlin or Katelyn.nnShe was working in the scoop section and made it so easy for my wife and 2 kids to get what they needed as well as our movie tickets to watch the Kangaroo movie on time.nnI’ve had some experiences in the past with great staff in Gold Class but I’ve never been so impressed by how well this young girl organised and made sure everything was stress free from the moment I spoke to her in the scoop section.nnMy kids felt comfortable around her and she even went out of her way to help them with the lolly dispensers into their cups.nnI hope event cinemas value this employee and reward her for her genuine and effortlessly nature to want to help and do the best job she can do for this business.nnHighly recommend getting the service I got from Katlin at Event Cinemas Robina!

Don't go here, NOT SAFE, there is no cinema checks, no security, about 5:30pm, that I assume,  some kids came into our cinema and threw a drink over the entire audience.It was pitch black, so no one could see anything.  My shoes and shorts were soaked along with my popcorn bucket, my partner dress soaked and shoes as well with sticky liquid.  Absolutelynferal! If the staff aren't doing their job, anyone could come in.At least one of us alerted staff.  Ruined our night. We weren't offered anything, we had to change seats. The people coming into next session will be sitting in wet seats because of lack of competence. Especially during school holidays extra security should be on alert!nI won't be back!

Not impressed today 28th September with total lack of cinema checks and security. At around 5:20pm half way into our movie, cinema 3, we had a soda drink thrown over the whole cinema from kids coming into our cinema. I reported to staff right away, it was not busy. Two staff chatting at the cash register. The place was empty at this point. One male staff came over and said he saw young kids leaving. I'm sure half the rows in that cinema will be covered in sticky soda drink. Manager if you review the CCTV  I'm sure you'll see youths running in. Do better!

Excellent service at Café & Bar! We ordered a medium cappuccino and an iced cappuccino — both were delicious. Definitely a place worth coming back to!‍↕

Just watched the movie The Nun II on screenX 270 degrees, it was quiet entertaining however the movies have to be made in a way to make more sense to watch 270 degrees, perhaps adjusting the side lights could help as well.nnThe Event cinema was well organized, drinks and snacks were great but it wouldn't hurt to add more popcorn flavors.nThe staff were polite and helpful, there are great chilling spots to hangout before the movie starts,nrestrooms were clean.nnI absolutely recommend it and I will come back to watch some other movies again.
