The staff were absolutely wonderful. Was running late to our movie so the staff were able to change our tickets also the lady who served us her name was Amba she had the best customer service I have ever experienced in my whole entire life was absolutely beautiful and just genuinely was happy to be there and was happy to talk to you at the end of our conversation gave us our lollies for free which made our night even better and enjoyed our date night. Thanks to the lovely staff
Just watched the movie The Nun II on screenX 270 degrees, it was quiet entertaining however the movies have to be made in a way to make more sense to watch 270 degrees, perhaps adjusting the side lights could help as well.nnThe Event cinema was well organized, drinks and snacks were great but it wouldn't hurt to add more popcorn flavors.nThe staff were polite and helpful, there are great chilling spots to hangout before the movie starts,nrestrooms were clean.nnI absolutely recommend it and I will come back to watch some other movies again.
Love going to the movies, each time their are children running up and down the stairs, continually talking through the movie, you end up telling them to stop, most of the time they have sneaked it the theatre. Makes you not want to come to the movies.Today came there were 20 kids running up and down the stairs, yelling, swearing, nearly knocking people over, no staff around, then some came out, and just stood there watching them, make the surrounding people uncomfortable and did nothing. Needs to be more supervision in the foyer and in the cinemas, so we can enjoy the movie we have paid for.
Great for a date night, or girls night in Gold Class, food and beverages served to you at any time you chose. Nice hot food menu, cheese burger sliders with fries, chicken wings, cheese boards, salt and pepper squid plus more. Licensed bar with great selection of wine and cocktails. Nice comfortable recliners. Relax in the lounge area prior to movie with a bev.nChick's at the Flicks was really well set up night. Well worth it. Cocktails and goodies bag. Highly recommend getting the girls together and get the full package with hot food included. Staff did a wonderful job.
The cinemas here are amazing but the staff aren’t that educated on usage of a companion card I have been made to stand in line while they tried to work out how to do it causing big wait times & my anxiety to sky rocket a little bit of training on this would help alot
