Simply marvellous customer service! We were complete doodle brains and ordered tickets for a movie that wasn't even out yet and wouldn't be for several weeks at which point we'd be back in Melbourne, but we showed up 6 weeks ahead of time expecting to see that movie that day. Thankfully the lovely man (Damien I think) was kind enough to arrange that the tickets be replaced with tickets to a movie that day and proceeded to graciously treat us like normal people and not the complete idiots that we are. He was very friendly, polite, professional and showed a good sense of humour which I would like to commend.

Everything was great apart from $7 water. Shooting your self in the foot next time I’ll bring my own supply’s from coles.

Seats so uncomfortable. They recline but you feel unstable and they recline wrong amount for my average size. My 8 yo son couldn't sit on the seat. When he sat back his legs went upwards as seat folded. Tried booster. He kept slipping off and booster seat moved forward so he was leaning over gap. I had to lean against my husbands shoulder and nurse my 8 yo on my lap which wasn't real comfortable for any of us. I can't believe the design is so bad. I won't be going back.

Gold glass comfort is well worth the price - however the food isn’t the tastiest!

Went and saw Thor last night, movie was great but chairs in standard cinemas weren’t comfortable at all. And I left my cardigan in the cinemas and rang the next morning and had to call multiple times to get someone to answer the phone and then they took forever. Customer service needs a bit of work.
