We’ve been here twice now and absolutely love it! Herb and Elise are kind, calm, and welcoming…they really make the whole experience feel special. The cinema itself is comfortable, clean and has such a lovely atmosphere. It’s a real hidden gem! We’ll definitely be back…we’ve found our new favourite cinema!
Very disappointed in the Regal. Have been. A loyal customer for more than 25 years. They have recently renovated and put in seats that are not comfortable. Additionally, they put their prices up with the renovations quite substantially, without any warning, despite being a member of their club and receiving a weekly email. Always try and support local business, but this makes it very hard in these budget tight times.
10 STARS!!! Saw a movie here this week and was super impressed. The beautiful new seats in the Royal Cinema totally worth the few extra dollars and the friendly staff ticked all the boxes. Thank you for a lovely experience, will definitely be back!
Who on earth thought it was a good idea to premier a movie in a cinema that's clearly having renovations and construction next door.. maybe close that cinema down till it's finished because having tools going throughout the movie was not ideal.nAlso inform your customers before they purchase there tickets about the construction.nAnd not offering a refund is poor form.nOur first time here is our last time here.nDo better..
