The staff here are nothing less than AMAZING!!! My bestie and I only do Premium and they always accommodate us. A fantastic experience each and every time. Cinemas are clean, staff terrific and the food is excellent. Cannot fault them!!!
We love the premium lounge at Dendy. Always a treat and not that expensive with a Dendy membership. The staff are always lovely and helpful and the seats are really comfortable.
Been to better cinemas, been to worse. The good: clean seats, decent sound. The meh: popcorn was a bit stale today. Still, it's convenient for locals.
I’m writing this as I had no joy from the staff at Dendy Coorparoo regarding a disturbance in their viewing of a 6pm movie. Two girls sitting next to me were drinking alcohol, talking loudly and giggling throughout the first half of the movie. When I asked the two 30 something year olds to be quiet, as enough was enough, they told me to go and find another seat and “no, we won’t stop talking.” Naturally, I went to ask the staff for some help and was assured that someone from management would be in to see them. No one from management came but lucky for me I haven’t lost my teacher voice and was able to all but quieten the two, who barely uttered a sound in the second half. Thanks Dendy for making me pay a ridiculous price for my ticket whilst doing your work. D minus to management.
We come here often with family and love the cinema however something needs to be done with cleaning in the toilet areas in women's at least. There are no bag hooks on the toilet doors all seem to be broken for over a year nowso I'm forced to put handbag on the ground. Plus last visit at the back of the toilet seats there was urine which looks to have been sitting in there for weeks. You need new cleaners who don't just clean the bowl but the back of seat. Also when we arrived for our movie at 4pm there were no paper towels to dry hands then after the movie at 7:30 there were still no paper towels. And this was a few days after Xmas. Come on Dendy you really need to get your act together. It's really off putting. The other cinemas can get this basic stuff right.
