One of the best events cinemas in Brisbane, the cinemas are always clean, the food court in the cinema has great options. The staff are nothing short of friendly and helpful. There are a wide selection of movies on at any given time, and the theatres are always clean. If you have any issues, the staff are always happy to help. Perfect for school holidays and spare time where you want to just relax and kick back for a couple hours. Would easily recommend!!!!
Beautiful gold class cinemas. The lounge area is a great place to relax before the movie. The recliner seats in the cinema are wide and comfortable which is great for a long movie. Food options are quite good and reasonably priced for this type of experience. Our food was good but nothing amazing. Highly recommend going during a week day before 5pm, as you can get a discount from full price as Cinebuzz member.
Ticket prices are crazy, but not more than any other event cinema. I prefer this one to Garden City's because it's smaller and usually quietet and just an overall nicer experience.
Worst service I've ever had. Paid for gold class and was treated horribly. Don't waste your money at Carindale Event Cinemas
Buyer beware!!! My review is directed at Event Cinemas as a whole. I recently went to the movies and my gift card had expired. I contacted Event Cinema via a form on their website that enabled me to explain my situation. After spending time filling in the complete form and submitting it, everything I wrote was deleted. There is absolutely no way to call Event Cinemas except a number for Mt Gravatt and when I did call this number, I was directed to their website. Event Cinemas' customer service is a disgrace. If I could give a zero star rating, I would.
