We’ve always had a great experience at this cinema, thanks to the polite and friendly staff.nnOn one occasion, our movie session was canceled at the last minute due to a legal issue, delaying the film’s release until the next day. Since I had booked using vouchers, I had to wait for the head office to reissue them. However, there was a chance the movie might be removed from screening before that happened.nnI explained the situation to Ramona, the manager at Mt Gravatt Event Cinemas, and she was incredibly understanding and supportive. She went above and beyond to ensure we could rebook the same movie without any hassle. Her kindness and efficiency truly made a difference, and we’re grateful for her help!
Loved this movie theatre based inside the shopping centre with a good selection of eating establishments surrounding it.nLove sitting in Gold Class definitely was a treat and of course a touch cheaper for cinebuzz members.The seats were extremely comfortable and in good condition and the space between you and other people was ample!nI feel the food was very overpriced for what they offered as too were the alcoholic drinks, it could work out to be a very expensive venture.nI stuck with popcorn and slushy and ate in one of the numerous eateries around that were still open as we fortunately went to the matinee showing.nA very nice cinema and Westfield
A good cinema, they have comfortable seats and decent waiting areas - candy and also other food options. They have self service ticket printing for the online bookings, as well as staff who help to sell food or tickets.nnThe movies are good quality, the cinemas are a good size and the seats are comfortable. The tickets are decently priced especially on cheaper Tuesday, but they are increasing in price.
1st time in Event Gold Class. Good setup for some luxury lifestyle. I felt it was ok because it just a recliner chair and service.
