Spacious and comfortable reclining seats. Large legrooms. A big cinema and comfortable temperature. Not many people when we were there. Good sound system and very clean.
I wish I can give more than 5 stars to this place! Shout out to the manager Kyle who attended to all our needs and for letting us in early, to the other manager I met last weekend who gladly showed me the cinema and to the rest of the staff for an excellent job. My son had his birthday here yesterday and did a big screen video gaming party to celebrate. It was epic and all the kids had a blast! The cinema is so clean, seats are super comfy and pizza is super tasty. Such a great idea and awesome place to celebrate kids' birthday party here. Highly recommend! Thank you guys!!!
It's a good cinema. I often watch movies here. I like Titan Luxe very much, comfortable sofa and large screen, as well as Dolby Atmos. I watched Avatar in the Gold lounge tonight, with bigger sofas, bigger tables and smaller screens. The bad experience is that there has been no sound before the movie began. Fortunately, it was repaired at the beginning of the movie.
This is our local when we want to see a movie without having to sell a kidney to afford it. Love that the recliners are just the standard seating here. The line for snacks can get pretty long and wait times can be a bit annoying but the Woolies is just down stairs so it's convenient to have that close by.
Nice cinema, but all I hear from the staff is just how awful their manager Kirsty is. Story after story of verbal abuse, poor and unfair treatment behind the scenes and a concerning lack of empathy for any of the employees, even to the point of staff quitting on the spot. I no longer go to this cinema as I don't want to in any way support a business that allows this kind of disgusting behaviour from the "manager" to continue due to no investigation at all from their head office.
Epic seats. Decent food. Pretty clean. Most of the staff seem dead inside but still an alright service. The best Go to place for movies.
My favourite cinemas to watch “big” movies in their Titan Luxe Lounge. Fantastic modern seating, screen and audio system. Also reasonably priced.
Clearly, the decision makers for Reading cinemas didn't test drive the seats before they purchased them. 15 minutes in and everyone is shuffling trying to get comfortable. 60 minutes in and it's torture. Who in their right mind makes recliners without a footrest. I've tried to get used to it but after having the same uncomfortable visit every time ,I've had enough. Will drive the extra distance to Chermside in future to sit in comfort. Won't be back until you renovate.
Went to the cinema to see the latest Avatar and witnessed appalling behaviour coming from the manager. She was talking down to her staff and making everyone around uncomfortable. I will never go to this cinema again until she is no longer working there. I hope someone from head office sees this review and does something about it. There is no excuse to talk to someone like that! Disgusting!
Great cinema. No queue, clean and great snacks option. Also easy to park the car, plenty parking space available and the staff there are nice and friendly.
