So much fun! The owner was incredibly sweet and let me sneak in even though it was just about to start! The effects were cool and scared the beegeebus out of me but everyone was in fits. After it had finished, I ended up chatting to the owner about everything and anything and he even made some suggestions for me as I study Marine Biology and want to work in research. He showed me a few places that I could contact and was just a super friendly man!

My partner and I went in on his birthday. We wanted to try something different and this sure was! We had a blast!!! The film isn’t very long but it doesn’t need to be. It’s like going on a fun ride at a theme park, but you’re immersed in the movie. There’s lighting and smoke, water/rain special effects. We saw the horror movie which wouldn’t be everyone’s cup of tea but if you like horror give it a go. There are lots of family friendly and good ones for dates and teens. Like there a roller coaster movie. There’s a toy land one. You can choose which movie you see and you don’t need to book. There just needs to be two or more people to run a film. Probably no good for pregnant people or those with heart problems as the seats move about a lot when you’re on them - no rougher than a roller coaster or horse ride.

This is a great place friendly helpful staff and a very enjoyable rollercoaster ride. You have the joys of a rollercoaster ride of your choice, combined with all the special effects. A most enjoyable ride for children, so if you are looking for something for the kids this could possibly be on the list,  however without the 3D effectit won't be as enjoyable to the older generation as the ride is lacking the full immersion effect and that takes a bit of the sensation away however one can appreciate that some more sensitive riders might get motion sickness and by taking away the 3D effect the more sensitive riders also get an opportunity to enjoy a virtual rollercoaster ride...

A group of friends & I went to this unexpectedly on my birthday & we had a blast. Great service & the effects were great! Super fun & I would recommend for anyone no matter what age there's something for everyone there :

There were 4 of us, 2 adults & two seniors, that attended the 9D cinema today. We all had a fantastic time, we all found it thrilling and all our sensors were challenged. We watched three films the rollercoaster and pathfinder were amazing.  I will go back and watch the the other films,  we were advised to watch wildcoaster in summer lots of waterspray. Heaps of fun.

I must say excellent customer service.Experience was Average...it felt like little fake considerating no 3d glasses.Screen is bit far away from the seat ..you don't feel like you are into the scene as screen is not covering even 180 degree view .VR Experience I tried last time somewhere is way better than this.

Loved this, super fun! very realistic, great special effects! must go and experience this if you are on the gold coast!

This place is much better than the 7D cinema in surfers paradise. I would recommended it to every single person on this planet. Thank you for the good times
